Toni has worked in five corporations over the span of her 40-year administrative career.  Her experience includes office management, human resources, contract negotiations, financial reporting, accounting, customer service, marketing, and communications.      

Toni is currently in charge of office management and business operations at RJA-Architecture and plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the firm.    Not only is she responsible for the financial and business development side of the firm, but she is also the friendly face that greets all to RJA and keeps the firm socially connected.  Her continued expertise and business savviness keep our firm moving full steam ahead.

​Ray has been associated with RJA-Architecture for more than 30 years with experience specializing in religious architecture, visioning, and site master planning. He thoroughly understands the design and construction process from start to finish and how to fully integrate sustainability into this process. Ray is currently the Principal Architect and President of RJA-Architecture.
