Toni has worked in five corporations over the span of her 40-year administrative career.  Her experience includes office management, human resources, contract negotiations, financial reporting, accounting, customer service, marketing, and communications.      

Toni is currently in charge of office management and business operations at RJA-Architecture and plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the firm.    Not only is she responsible for the financial and business development side of the firm, but she is also the friendly face that greets all to RJA and keeps the firm socially connected.  Her continued expertise and business savviness keep our firm moving full steam ahead.

​A majority of Jonathan's professional career has been with RJA-Architecture. starting with an internship in 1991. Jonathan was a Principal of the firm until 2010 when he elected to spend five years in a non-profit affordable residential development at a director level. He is experienced with all phases of the architectural process from project conception to project completion. His experience includes extensive religious, residential, and commercial projects.

He thoroughly understands the design and construction process from start to finish and how to fully integrate sustainability into this process. Ray is currently the Principal Architect and President of RJA-Architecture.
